*Red Barn’s roasted beets and Riverplains goat cheese salad with salty roasted pecans and vinaigrette.

*Hot Mama Soup’s tomato basil bisque.
*Zucchini “pasta” with roasted red pepper pesto (a fun “faux” food with zucchini ribbons as the “noodles”).
