This sold out event held in The Oliver Hotel’s Speakeasy on Sunday August 26 taught class members how to make root beer using local roots, herbs and ingredients and then how to use it in delicious drinks.

Thanks to bartender Jessica for the fantastic recipe and ideas. Look for future classes, such as making your own bitters.
